Over the weekend, I stopped by Task to peek at my suitcase collection, which is now available in the shop! It was so fun to walk by and see a few of my revived vintage suitcases in the window of a shop I love — such a cool feeling. In addition to some old favorites from my Etsy shop, you'll find a couple suitcases that showcase my love of old maps. One small suitcase is covered in a vintage blueprint on both sides. And a large suitcase (named Lady Baltimore) has been revived with a vintage land deed. That's definitely one of my favorite suitcases. A big thanks to Anne for carrying my revived vintage suitcases in her shop!
In the other window of Task you'll find an extensive collection of terrariums created by local favorite, Twig Terrariums. I'm a huge terrarium lover, and I think these little green worlds are pretty magical.
Some other favorite finds that I spotted in Task: I love the West Third Brand candles, shiny Turkish bowls, graphic tea towels, and teak ice cream scoops. And she's carrying the Virginia Johnson bedding as well as lots of fun office accessories, like this colored pencil set in a brass display case.
If you're in the area, Task is located on the north side of Williamsburg, on N. 3rd Street, between Berry and Wythe (across the street from the Mast Brothers Chocolate Factory.)
