One tip I heard this weekend at the Gift Show: one of my favorites, Plover Organic, is now selling their organic, block-printed fabric by the yard. It's always fun to find another designer collection selling their fabric by the yard for use in your own projects — like sewing a pillow. I'd love to turn a few yards of this fabric into curtain panels. Here's hoping their fabric-by-the-yard program continues to expand. (Plover Organic, please start carrying vine fabric by the yard!)
And in case you missed it, I interviewed Marisa of Plover Organic for my Green Swap series — she shared ways she's gone greener in her everyday life. I was personally inspired by her q+a — I've been working on using up all of my leftover food in some way.
