Confession: my birthday's in May, yet I've already started thinking about how I want to celebrate. But I feel I'm due for a little birthday soirée. Last year I hit the big 3-0, and I just enjoyed a quiet birthday with Dan, as we were saving celebration funds for our September wedding. This year, I'd like to get together with friends and throw a fun house (er, apartment) party. And I'm pretty low-maintenance. Here's all I want: fun photos + yummy cupcakes.
I love this make-your-own photobooth idea from an amazing wedding I saw on A Practical Wedding. All you need to stage a photobooth is a camera with a remote (can do, check) and some props, like mustaches. Since school, I swear the only photos I have with friends seem to be from weddings. I'd love to throw a party and walk away with a bunch of fun, casual photos of me and my friends just being silly. Because I'm a total mush and love photos.
